With almost 30 years of experience in the Architectural, Engineering and Construction Industry. We would be delighted to be working along the side of you to assist, guide and advise you with the decision making process and tailoring your design to meet your financial budget.

Architectural
We provide you with a building design tailoring your individual requirements. We prepare documents, drawings, specifications and relevant reports for submission to relevant authorities within the acceptance of council regulations.
Our services accommodate for individual home owners, owner builders and builders. We will provide you with advice and guidance through the decision making process. We specialise in new projects of single/double dwellings, villas, town houses, extensions/renovations, dual occupancies, garages, pergolas, granny flats, attics and office/shop fit outs.
Antoine has been registered and trading under “Plans R Us” Architectural & Engineering Services since 2003.
Engineering
Our aim is to deliver a personalised service to cover a broad range of structural, storm water, and civil engineering designs for small and large projects.
We take pride in applying our expertise and skills to maximising the design and producing cost effective plans for DA submissions with your local council or approved certifier.
Antoine is a registered member with the “Institution of Engineers Australia (MIE Aust)” since 2003.
Construction
We deliver quality new dwellings, renovations/extensions to Sydney residents providing them with cost effective construction and project management services.
Our goal is to ensure your project experience is an enjoyable one. We will keep you informed of your projects process every step of the way from the start to completion.
